Music Outside Must Be Turned Down to Background Level at 11:00 P.M. And Off at Midnight

Guests & Vendors Will Be Granted Access to The Taylor Mansion (1) Hour Before The Start Time of Their Event

Smoking IS NOT Permitted Inside of The Taylor Mansion or Back Porch, But Permitted in The Carriage House or Outside

All Vendors And Their Delivery Times Must Be Approved In Advance Unless They Are On The Taylor Mansion's Approved Vendor List

One Adult Chaperone Is Required For Events With Children
One Additional Service Person For Every 15 Children Under the Age of 18

All Visits To The Mansion Must Be Scheduled As We Respect Other Renters' Right To Not Be Disturbed During Their Event

All Decorations Must Be Pre-Approved. No Taping, Gluing, Nailing or Stapling to Any Surface

No Decorations May Be Hung From The Pavilion Tent

No Rice, Birdseed, Confetti or Silly String is Permitted

The Taylor Mansion and Their Staff Are Not Responsible For Anything Missing From The Premises

There Is A Piano That Can Be Played By A Professional Musician (Inside Only)

There is a (3) Service Staff Minimum for Events at The Taylor Mansion

All Renters' Property Must Be Removed At The End Of Their Event

No Photos Can Be Taken Outside Your Event Time Without Prior Approval

All Catering Services At The Taylor Mansion Are Provided By The Upper Crust Catering

All Florist Services At The Taylor Mansion Are Provided By The Upper Crust. Any Outside Florist Venders Are Subject To A $100.00 Service Fee.

All Wedding Cakes & Desserts At The Taylor Mansion Are Provided By The Upper Crust. Any Outside Venders Are Subject To A $50.00 Service Fee.


How Many People Can The Taylor Mansion Seat? The Mansion Interior Seats 100, The Tented Pavilion 250, & Carriage House 60.
Can I Bring in My Own Food? Outside Food is Not Permitted with the Exception of Wedding Cakes.
What Is Your Alcohol Policy? You May Bring in Your Own Alcohol. We Provide Non-Alcoholic Drinks, Bartenders, Ice & Either Disposables or Glassware.
Is There A Deposit? Yes, a $700.00 Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit in Cash or Check.
Do you Take Credit Cards? Yes, Visa & Mastercard. You Must Be Present in Person to Use the Cards. Credit Cards are Not Permitted for the Reservation Deposit.
Is There a Security Deposit? Yes, a $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit.
How Many Servers Will I Need? Service Staff Is Determined by Your Guest Count & Service Type. There is a (3) Service Staff Minimum for Any Event at The Taylor Mansion.
Does It Cost Extra to Have a Ceremony There Too? There is an Additional (1) Hour Set-Up Time Required for a Ceremony with Chairs. There is No Additional Rental Charge for This, Only the Cost of Service Staff.
What About a Wedding Rehearsal? You Are Given a (1) Hour Rehearsal Time The Day Before Your Ceremony.
How Early Can I Have Access to The Mansion You Will Have Access (1) Hour Before The Scheduled Start Time of The Event.
Can I Taste Your Food? Yes, We Have Complimentary Tastings Available for Clients with Events Scheduled.
How Can I See The Facility? You Can Schedule An Appointment. We are Available 7 Days A Week by Appointment..
How Much is The Gratuity We Do Not Require a Gratuity, But You Are Welcome to Tip The Service Staff.
How Far In Advance Do You Book Up Events? We Generally Start to Fill Up 9-12 Months in Advance for Weekend Time Slots.
Do You Charge for Cake Cutting? There are No Cake Cutting for Corking Fees.
How Soon Do We Have to Vacate The Premises After Our Event? Guests Have 30 Minutes After The Official Event Time Is Over Before Being Charged for Extra Time and Service.
